Human Rights Observers (HRO) monitors human rights violations against refugees in Calais and Dunkirk, France. The organization was set up at the request of refugees in the area in 2018. They have taken the France government to court a number of times over the practice of camp evictions as well as the lack of shelter and sanitary services. Here is a selection of videos I made for the release of their annual human rights report in 2019. I edited each video and shot a large part of the footage in the 2019 report summary. The rest was shot by other HRO volunteers.
